CSS is the showing appointment scheduling service that I subscribe to so that you may receive increased showings on your property.  It enables you to have as many showing appointments on your home as needed as efficiently as possible.

Do you want feedback on the showings of your home each week?  With this service you will receive a complete record of all showings on your home.  You will have access to the website to view the showing history on your home!

With CSS, all showings will be scheduled from the call center, through a courteous, trained professional person, who will set the appointment and confirm the showing with me and the cooperating agent. 

There will never be a missed opportunity to show your home!

This service is open 33% longer than the traditional real estate offices. The hours are 8 am to 8 pm Monday through Saturday and 8 am - 6 pm on Sunday.  Additional hours means more convenience that may mean more showings and prospective buyers for sellers. Which may mean a quicker sale.
