The intent of this letter is to inform you about the quality
of one of your employees, Helen Croghan. The degree of
excellence of this realtor is superior to any professional
that my family has ever met, and had the pleasure to represent

PA to NC, always reassuring us that we were not inconveniencing

She took my family on tours of the area as well as out to dine;
she helped us move in and out and back in again into our new
Terramor Home in Heritage. She even assisted my wife and
children as my Dad and brothers unpacked the truck overnight!

thankful to God that He did send her, because we knew

As a first time buyer, we didn't know a lot of the ins and outs of buying a home, especially in this crazy market.
